50g Green Chilli
13g Coriander
15g Garlic
17g Lemongrass
120g Sugar Syrup
100g Fish sauce
120g Lime Juice
  1. In a stone mortar and pestle pound chilli, coriander root, garlic and lemongrass
  2. In a bowl combine mortar contents, sugar syrup, fish sauce and lime juice. Put in a serving dish
