Seafood dipping sauce

| 50g | Green Chilli |
| 13g | Coriander |
| 15g | Garlic |
| 17g | Lemongrass |
| 120g | Sugar Syrup |
| 100g | Fish sauce |
| 120g | Lime Juice |
- In a stone mortar and pestle pound chilli, coriander root, garlic and lemongrass
- In a bowl combine mortar contents, sugar syrup, fish sauce and lime juice. Put in a serving dish
