Pantai Sukiyaki Stir Fry
2 Tab | Vegetable oil |
1 | Clove garlic |
Selection | Meat and seafood, cut into fine pieces |
2Tab | Pantai Sukiyaki Dipping Sauce |
1/2Tab | Soy sauce |
1/2 Cup | Chicken stock |
1Cup | Egg noodles |
1 | Egg |
- Make the Pantai Sukiyaki Dipping Sauce and put to one side
- OnĀ a high heat place garlic, and vegetable oil in a wok and cook until garlic is fragrant
- Add noodles and egg and stir vigorously
- Add soy sauce, meat, stock and sugiaki sauce. Taste and add more sugiaki sauce if required. Serve
