Today’s menu involved preparing 3 dipping sauces and serving them with some very fresh vegetables. I am running out of power on my phone so I don’t think I’ll get the recipes up tonight but here are the photos as a teaser:

I attended the one week course with Pim while you were cooking and taking these wonderful shots.
I tasted the dipping sauces which were amazing (were they called Nam Yam?) – can you send me the recipes – if you managed to write them down?
