Not fried<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"308\">2 Tab<\/td>\n<td width=\"308\">Tofu (firm) cubed<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"308\">1 Tab<\/td>\n<td width=\"308\">Pickled white radish<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"308\">\u00bd Cup<\/td>\n<td width=\"308\">Bean Sprouts<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"308\">1 Tab<\/td>\n<td width=\"308\">Roasted peanuts (\u00bd for dish &amp; \u00bd for garnish), roughly ground<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"308\">50 g<\/td>\n<td width=\"308\">Fish sauce<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"308\">100g<\/td>\n<td width=\"308\">Palm Sugar<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"308\">\u00bd Cup<\/td>\n<td width=\"308\">Tamarind Sauce<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"308\">90g<\/td>\n<td width=\"308\">Dried noodles<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"308\">2<\/td>\n<td width=\"308\">Chinese chives<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<ol>\n<li>Mix Fish sauce, palm sugar and tamarind sauce and put aside as the seasoning<\/li>\n<li>This dish is made quickly. To start\u2026.. Boil a little water (about 300ml) and through noodles in (this is the start now. No stopping)<\/li>\n<li>In a wok put in the vegetable oil on a high heat<\/li>\n<li>Add garlic, tofu and shallots cook until fragrant<\/li>\n<li>Add egg, cook until the white is a little cooked and then stir. Quickly move to next step<\/li>\n<li>Take the noodles out of the boiling water and add to the wok. Continue stirring<\/li>\n<li>Add shrimp to the wok also.<\/li>\n<li>While stirring add the seasoning and chilli paste. Taste and adjust as required<\/li>\n<li>Add bean sprouts, Chinese chives and (the portion) of peanuts and take off heat. Taste and adjust if necessary<\/li>\n<li>To serve in the \u2018posh\u2019 way you put the pad Thai in what is effectively an omelette. Oil a non-stick fry pan. Put an egg in a small container and stir.<\/li>\n<li>Throw the egg into the fry pay and spread as an omelette.<\/li>\n<li>Once the omelette has shown dried edges put the Pad Thai in the \u2018bottom\u2019 half of the omelette<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the omelette is not sticking and then take the pan off the heat and fold the omelette over the Pad Thai as you place it on the plate.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fried noodle Thai style (Pad Thai) 2 Tab Vegetable oil 15g Shallots 20g Chilli paste (previous recipe in day 9) 15g Clove garlic 10g Dried Shrimp, washed and dried.
