Cook until fragrant<\/li>\n<li>Add chicken and cook through<\/li>\n<li>Add baby corn, mushrooms, onion and chicken stock<\/li>\n<li>Add soy sauce, chili paste, oyster sauce and sugar. Taste and season to taste<\/li>\n<li>Add spring onion, spur chili and cashew nuts, stir quickly and remove from heat. Taste and season further if required (back on heat)<\/li>\n<li>Serve with rice<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>NOTES:<br \/>\nThe baby corn here is about \u00bc way between our full grown corn and the baby corn we get.
