Remove the crepe and put to one side<\/li>\n<li>On a high heat heat the wok.\u00a0 Add vegetable oil (2 Tab), onion and tofu.\u00a0 Keep moving quickly.\u00a0 When the onion starts to turn brown<\/li>\n<li>Add chicken and cook until the chick is just cooked (slightly under if you are brave)<\/li>\n<li>Add coconut cream and bring to the boil<\/li>\n<li>Add soy bean paste and chilli paste.\u00a0 Boil until the oil starts to form around bubbles<\/li>\n<li>Add palm sugar, tamarind, and fish sauce.
